  • Products are delivered within 7 business days across India, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Frame Visions is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • After 7 days of use, returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or improper use by the customer will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • In case of receiving a defective or wrong product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

4. Product Care and Responsibility

  • We will not be responsible for broken, scratched, or damaged products caused by the customer’s handling after delivery.
